Karl Pangisban has spent over fifteen years coaching people in gyms — from beginners stepping under a barbell for the first time, to weekend warriors chasing PBs in their forties, to professional athletes optimising every detail of their performance.

 

His approach is simple: honest assessment, intelligent programming, relentless attention to technique. No gimmicks, no hype, no one-size-fits-all plans. Just coaching that takes the time to understand you; your history, your injuries, your lifestyle, the hours you actually have and builds a programme that fits.

 

Karl holds a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach qualification, a Level 4 Nutrition Coach certification and is a Level 3 Personal Trainer. Together those credentials let him own the full picture — how you train, how you eat, how you recover — under one roof, with one coach, accountable to one set of results: yours.
